Dmitry Riabykh,
CEO, Senior Consultant
He has 17 years of working experience in the field of financial analysis and planning. The author of a number of methodological and software developments that have had a significant influence on the concept of financial planning in Russia and CIS countries. In 1993–1998 he directed the creation and development of Project Expert and Audit Expert software products, and since 2004 till now — Alt-Invest software. Dmitry is the author and editor in chief of the Corporate Management internet project.
He guides the most complex and challenging projects of the Alt-Invest Company. Conducts regular and corporate seminars: The Practice of Commercial Evaluation of Investment Projects (about 20 seminars per year). Dmitry is in the editorial board of the Consultant magazine, a member of the Investment Policy Committee of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Co-author of books: The Practice of Financial Diagnosis and Projects Evaluation and Business Plan on the Computer. He edited the translations of foreign books on finance and management: Reinventing the CFO: How Financial Managers Can Transform Their Roles and Add Greater Value; CFO Insides, Accenture; Principles of Project Finance; and others. |

She has 8 years of experience in financial analysis and planning. Irina conducts seminars and training courses on projects evaluation, financial analysis of enterprise, preparation of business plans, held in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Riga, Almaty, Minsk and other cities for more than 5 years. And she also develops and conducts corporate seminars for big companies such as: Severstal JSC, Tyumenenergo JSC, VTB, Sberbank, Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill, Probusinessbank, etc.
Irina Koltsova developed more than 40 projects with investments of $ 100 thousand to $ 500 million. She also developed specialized computer models for VTB Bank and Gazprom JSC. Prepared a number of major projects business plans for Russian Railways JSC.
She is the author of several publications in business magazines, co-author of the book The Practice of Financial Diagnosis and Projects Evaluation. Developed several new training courses.

Has 9 years of experience in financial analysis and planning. Guides all software developments in the company. In particular, she is a major developer of calculating models for the Alt-Invest and Alt-Finance programs. Since 2005, she conductes regular seminars and trainings. Elena developed about 20 business plans, including complex projects with investments of over $ 300 million. In particular, she developed a financial planning model for big commercial chain, several business plans for RZD JSC subsidiaries, created a financial planning model for the transport companies. She regularly conducts training courses on investment project evaluation, business plans expertise, including those with the use of Alt-Invest software products.

Alexander Osipovskiy,
Consultant on Economics
He has 12 years of experience in investment projects for various sectors of the economy development and support. Developed more than 50 regional investment projects within the development programs, implemented by the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Alexander developed and expertise about 15 investment projects for the Russian Aerospace Agency.
He has 2 year experience teaching subjects from the economics field at the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM). In Alt-Invest Alexander conducts seminars on commercial evaluation of investment projects, as well as develops business plans and evaluates projects.
He prepared and conducted corporate training courses for IDGC Severo-Zapad JSC, IDGC Ural JSC, territorial banks of Sberbank, NP Sovet Rynka and others. Author of several publications in the business magazines. |
