| We offer two variants of work: |
 Promotion of Alt-Invest regular seminars
on the basis of the Agent Agreement |
| According to the Agent Agreement, a partner (agent) can be either juridical or physical person. Under this agreement a partner is responsible for participants’ invitation to the regular Alt-Invest seminars. |
| In this case, ALT-Invest pays partner an agency fee, which is 20% from the cost of each invited specialist’s participation. |

| The Agreement of Authorized Educational Center is negotiated with companies that organize Alt-Invest regular seminars in the regions./font> |
| In this case, partner gathers participants and provides specially equipped premises for seminars. Alt-Invest specialists prepare and conduct educational courses. Partner independently determines the price of participation in the seminar. Alt-Invest gets fixed sum from a partner for a seminar, which does not depend on the number of participants. Partner’s income is the difference between the gain received from a seminar and expenses spent on its organization, including payment to Alt-Invest. |

| The seminar can be held in standard form, or an individual program can be developed by Alt-Invest consultants according to partner’s desires. |
